HARK provides history-focused programming in various artistic disciplines designed for diverse, multi-generational audiences. HARK aims to embark on collaborations with the Southern University in Shreveport which is one of the HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges/Universities) in Louisiana. They hope to have guest speakers demystify the creative process of taking an idea, protecting that intellectual property, and generating income from the idea. HARK believes this process is seldom discussed in communities of color and wants to educate the public on how to profit from their creativity whether it is a novel or a gadget.
